TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR
JUNIPER HILL SUBDIVISION PROMOTION

1. The promotion is open to any potential customer (and their families) of Juniper Hill Village subdivision.

2. Entrants must be United States residents aged 18 or over and hold a full current driving license.

3. Purchase of a Juniper Hill lot 1-17 or parcel “A” along with a signed building contract and $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is necessary to win a free Smartcar model “smart fortwos pure” ($11,590 value). The Smartcar (“prize”) will be ordered on your behalf after the land closing / title conveyance from United Construction corporation to you with a one-year to build stipulation on the purchase lot in Juniper Hill.

4. The prize is a Smartcar model “fortwos pure” All smart fortwos come packed with standard safety features that are more likely to be found in luxury vehicles. This includes the protective "tridion safety cell", developed especially for the smart fortwo to help ensure crash compatibility with larger passenger cars, electronic stability program (esp®), anti-lock braking system (abs), and four airbags, to name a few. The base pure model comes standard with convenience features such as a 5-speed automated manual transmission with manual or automatic mode, central remote locking system, 2-spoke leather steering wheel, and more. Prize does NOT include insurance. The winner must arrange insurance before car and is responsible for all taxes on the vehicle as a result of United Construction gifting the Smartcar prize.

5. There are a total of five cars available during this promotion period for Juniper Hill lots. The promotion will end on 7/1/2009.

6. United Construction is not responsible for delays, or processing time at the Lynnfield of Massachusetts Smartcar dealership. It may take up to 12 months to receive the Smartcar.

7. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or an alternative model/specification or any other alternative in whole or in part.

8. By accepting the prize you consent to being photographed and to your name and photograph appearing in various publications or official promotional website material as it relates to promoting Juniper Hill subdivision.

9. The decision of the United Construction Corporation / Promoters in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
